How and When to Use D-Mannose

How much to take
A level teaspoonful of the powder, (or 2 x 1g tablets) every three hours for a couple of days is a good guide for most people who need urgent support for their bladder problem.

A teaspoonful before bed is an excellent propylactic dose and to help a sensitive bladder.

And a teaspoonful an hour before sex, and immediately afterwards (don't urinate until afterwards) is an excellent way of preventing further sex-related episodes of bladder problems. Basically, you take as much of it as you need either for urgent support, or maintenance.

Is Waterfall D-Mannose safe, even at large dose levels?
Yes, to the very best of our knowledge, and according to all research. Mannose is an essential glyconutrient, rather than a 'medicine'. It is in every cell in your body, and your body produces mannose naturally.

Mannose is also present in minute quantities in some foods like blueberries, pineapple, and aloe vera, and is very natural to the body. Waterfall D-Mannose (we speak only for our product, and can't vouch for others) has no known adverse effects at normal or even high consumption levels. Suggested maximum consumption is 50 grams a day. But few people would require that level of bladder support. Being a natural product rather than a medicine, you can decide how much to take.
